The apt has exposed brick and new wooden floors throughout. The room we will prepare for you has a high quality (full) pillow top mattress, a large window, ipod/ mp3 hook-up w/ speakers, full length mirror, closet space, and a home made desk made of skateboard decks. We can accommodate a single or couple in the room. In addition to the private room we also have a couch/ futon that folds out in the common space.

We keep the apt very clean and ask you do so as well if/when cooking etc...

When staying at our apt, we are happy to share any and all food we have stocked. For those staying with us over the weekend, we like to share our sunday am ritual by picking up some of the city's best bagels (Essa's Bagels).

Stepping outside the door of the apt brings you in front of some the east village's best cafes, bars and restaurants. There are 3 bus stops within 1 block & 2 subway lines
within 7 blocks. Tompkins sq park (w outdoor workout facility) is right around the corner as is a library.. and taxi's are very accessible.

We do ask for a deposit &/ copy of ID, that will be returned on your last day with us.
